I was honestly torn as i see both sides.
I truly believe they are doing the right things behind the scenes and good things will come.
But i feel that until they do come rewards like this are not warrented. If they pull out some smoking deals in the next 12 months i would prefer to compensate them handsomely at the next AGM as it will be well deserved.
I have voted yes to all but the options in Resolution 5 which was a no. Happy to change if something happens prior.
