David and team will definitely have to have some sort of $$$ deal to come home with to earn the yes vote for these options.
SPP options 6.4 cents versus performance options of 4.8 cents really is insulting IMO.
In saying that and not looking at current sp I think David has done a Stella job in his first 12 months in regards to the company. Communication to shareholders has been the one big failure for me. KPI's are indicators. They are never gospel
The Eugeni fiasco has hindered our credibility hugely. David has cleaned house, and now preparing the business for $$$ inbound.
It would be a shame to lose him when he is only just getting started.
Show me the money before the AGM will get my yes vote.
if we have no news is good news by AGM time I hate to think what the outcome could be.
