As a very minimum the option price should be 1.5 times the 6 cents ie 9 cents it was when he joined and the Board options show a complete disregard for shareholders and should be rejected and they should put in their own money like shareholders have and not expect another free kick. Long term Directors have already had several gift’s of “performance” options with doubtful performance for them.
