I'm also guilty of missing this very important part. A friend pointed this out to me this morning as I even missed it when WAG posted it!
If news drops prior to the AGM, and the SP shoots to 30c, the option conversion price will be ~43c and I don't think anyone would have an issue with that
If no news before AGM then options probably won't get over the line
