Shame to lose you @Ozibobby as I have enjoyed reading your informative and balanced posts but I too have the same sentiment as you regarding the perpetuation of rewarding a non performance culture by way of issuing cheap options to the BoD.
As and example, who in their right mind would have approved David Radford’s performance options last year….but we did. Is this AGM going to be more of the same?
I’m also in the process of selling down @Ozibobby (albeit slowly as I’m way too heavy) however if at this year’s AGM the vote gets up to issue performance options to the BoD at 4.8 cents, I will be taking off faster than a bride’s nightie.
I hope I’m proven wrong and they announce a commercial deal with a global ‘marquee’ EV manufacturer in the next 9 days.
