Maybe I am dim - can somebody explain to me why as a shareholder I am expected to contribute to the RoEC . I have quoted the text from the Notice of Meeting describing Grimshaws performance hurdles below:
"RoCE performance hurdle
The remaining 50% of the LTI performance rights will be subject to the
Company's RoCE hurdle.
The RoCE hurdle measures the average return on cash equity contributed by
shareholders over the performance period."
Maybe I am dim - can somebody explain to me why as a shareholder...
