I contacted the company and was advised as follows:
1. With respect to the Vox payment I was referred to previous announcement/s that stated the payment trigger had been met-and that payment was to be in cash or shares at the election of Vox. There was no mention of this being within 10 days of the end of the September quarter, business or calendar.
2. With respect to the mining and milling agreement with FMR I was advised that this negotiation process was complex and still underway but that progress was being made.
