There will be some form of transformation to electric vehicles. In Oz, it's mainly towable caravans in the CHL fleet.

Re France, there are two 'platform' operators. The market size is about 1.4 - 1.6 million vehicles owned by individuals. The two operators have 50-60,000 vehicles on their books in total. At present, CHL is focused on its insurance offerings in Europe (and he also said something else which I forgot).
He (Mr Hales?) said in the future the company will look at other European markets (implying France was among these).
