    Remember the board and management have bought a lot of shares over the last few years at much higher prices than our current share price, they have been and continue to hurt themselves too with their tunnel vision. Unfortunately the new MD will be picked by them so it is likely they will pick same as them with the result of more of the same. The mantra for the AGM must be "Better not Bigger", with success let us hope a major comes sniffing and carries us over the line.
