    It is disingenuous to suggest an extra month will allow management to pull a bunch of amazing results out of the bag ... their track record over the last 36 months demonstrates quite the opposite. Their recent track record of not even producing news they had announced they would (July, August, September, October), also speaks to the negative.
    Vote the share price ... if they are increasing it, great - reward them. If they are driving it into the dirt while taking a salary out of your capital, don't.
