Todays volume was made up of 135k shares rounded up 24 then the other 542k shares rounded down sold 2 or below, this does not look like accumulation to me as it appears more of a distribution. In saying that the indicators OBV and ACC/DIST are not really giving a picture of either so it is hard to know from one days trading.

If the board were buying the dips there would be notices, I doubt the board would be deliberately keeping a large position capped, theyd want price going up to increase their wealth and to keep the share holders happy in case they need to raise funds.

I note it is pretty tightly held 84% by the top 20 you are lucky there not much free float.
