Agree they already get paid to do a job no bonuses with out results
So far their job hasn't pulled of results.
when they get a collaborative partner
secure environment approvals
finance the project
they can receive loans for shares.
If the loans are to be paid back starting now with repayments and loans paid if full guaranteed, it would be different story because they would be confident of share price rising
