From further reading (I posted when I hadn't finished reading) it appears as a potential 10% dilution. It doesn't say what kind of cap raise, it could be with partners, it could be the way it has in the past also, it could potentially be just issuing options to existing SH.

they also outline Tim's KPIs which I don't think they did before.

I'll need to look at the SP records from last year, I expect there to be significant SP manipulation (because it is cheap and easy to do so) to make the VWAP look good. But I can't remember which way it needs to go.

I'm sitting out I'm sitting out for now until I review charts and records. But it is likely a money making opportunity for the smart ones.
