It's possible, that's if NMT management is stupid enough to lose complete control of the registry. For example, if the T20 only holds 20% of the stock. Then it would be very easy to start removing members of the board.

But retail barely controls this stock as I assume much of the T20 are loyal followers. Out of some 550M shares, the T20 only holds around 209M, so that's around 40% of the stock. That means retail owns around 60% of this company, so yes, it's possible in theory to rise up at the AGM, but in reality, it would be difficult. That's the first point.

Next, as you can see on these threads, there is still hope that NMT or Primobius can do something. I'm hoping too. But, my faith & trust in Chris has diminished dramatically. As time goes on & NMT completes multiple CRs over the next few years (probably one next year between 10-20 cents), the level of frustration & distrust will become palpable, especially if NMT continues to chase rainbows & unicorns with only dilution paying for it.

Only when the level of negative posters increases here & the faith starts to disappear (as well as their investment) retail can band together. As more CRs are completed there's the risk that NMT management could well & truly lose control of the registry & that's when retail can pounce. It will involve actual work though & none of this keyboard warrior stuff. So, people have to be willing to get up out of their armchairs & head out into the street to contact fellow shareholders. Perhaps if 14,000 shareholders come knocking on the front door of NMT HQ (figuratively) it might give management the wake-up call they need.

Anyway, save this thread on your computer/phone & as the years go by it can resurrected again when everyone here has had enough. The other option is to sell out at a loss & it becomes someone else's problem.

None of this is investment advice.
