I cant see how either Lloyd or JZ have earned their pay with nothing achieved after 2 years.
$40K & $50k to attend 5 meetings per year is just plain crap. Money for jam.
Voting no wont change their pay package at all but at least it might send them a message.
I am happy for JZ to stay as a director to see if he can pul a rabbit out of the hat but PL has been there for 50 years with nothing to show for it & its time for him to go.
