    There is not enough positive pull through on this, it’s similar to having the sword of Doom hanging above one’s head, not liking what I read, Voting should be carried out after the financials are put up, there is a song that strongly resonates with me on this, it goes like, Don’t pay the ferryman, until he gets you to the other side.
