I guess we will find out tomorrow. But I imagine it would be for the same reasons as for getting a $115k cash bonus. I wonder why is this being presented under the "Company's equity incentive plan" ? because by my maths:
$1,260,000/x=20,000,000
x=6.3c
Why wouldn't the limit be set at a lower cap so that the share price would have to go up to get paid the full $1.26m. It would appear the 7,500,000 incentive options granted 3 months ago on the 23rd of July 2023 and a salary of 500k a year is not enough of an incentive.
