Upcoming AGM: I just voted, and no the uptick in EGR's share price did not fool me to change my mind. This still have to change IMO.
I am especially against things like
- Re-election of all our Directors aka Robert & Co,
- Performance Rights and
- (Non) Exec Remuneration
Unfortunately did not show us any indicator that they understood what is important (progress, comms etc) and I unfortunately want EGR to succeed.
Anyway each should vote as they want, however the second strike is important in my opinion. Short Term Pain = Long term gain
