New account but long term holder. I too have voted against the resolutions and hope others are not swayed by the uptick in share price, which largely doesn't seem to be related to anything the company has actually achieved
My main concerns are the performance rights which seem to get easier and easier every year. Although i don't love performance rights in general, i'd likely vote for them if the targets were ones that were aligned to shareholders and represented outperformance against peers and the market. I hate to bring them into it, but even RNU links their performance rights to improvements in share price and performance against peers. Ecograf simply gives out freebies if the overall market happens to do well.
And don't get me started on giving performance rights for a quantification facility, or the using of performance rights for nonexecutive pay, which ASX really should crack down on given they recommend against it.
