The "changes" to help building "trust" should not blindside from the fact that all of it is still smoke and mirrors.
I have said this before, IMO Management needs to be replaced with Spinks to move to Geologist Director type of role. An experienced CEO needs to come in. He/She should be complimented by board of directors that actually know what they do AND do it including but not limited to understanding that the market needs confidence and constant updates (regardless of the status) is needed in order to move forward.
I will vote no, a second strike is required to hope that any change will actually be considered, rather than just clinging on in the hopes to survive another year.
