I have no issues saying that I am probably one of those who always disliked your (previous) posts due to - IMO - the nonsense where things are at and how they are going.

However I am also equally be ok to be the first one to admit that the last post changed my view a bit. Sharing your view here was probably not that easy and I appreciate that you outlined your points.

Thanks for doing so. I too think it's time to change the approach with management from "being nice and giving advice" to "it's time to take action to correct the course and steer it away from the iceberg.
