There is a strong desire to vote NO and although I voted YES I was torn over my decision. There is an undoubted sense of entitlement in the boards of companies all over the world and EGR is no exception. Whatever happens they have 6-12mths to secure the various projects commencement otherwise I fear we will have missed our market opportunity. I doubt the shareholders will let them off the hook if we are basically in the same position in Nov 24. In fact I doubt many of us would persevere with our holdings if that is the case, I certainly won’t. Dale Harris departing and walking away from 1,744,000 performance rights shares does not look good on face value. If he thought the company was going to kick short term goals and SP would rise accordingly then he has walked away from a significant sum. Maybe he did not believe that our future was as rosy as it is potty by the board. Total speculation on my part but it is nagging away at me. jmho
