"the two absolute share price performance
targets are set at a premium of 173% and 264% respectively to the Company’s share price
on 27 September 2023" .... that's a joke. They frove the share price down to lowest level of 11 cent and
took this as a basis for their performance.
I propose to take the share price of 31 October 2023 when share price hit 23 cent.
Management should get a renumeration and performance bonus when EGR is cashflow positiv and
no day earlier. Everything else is worthless and not sustainable.
Vote this greedy management down !! Say NO, NO NO !!
