We discussed this in the German forum, as there are many brokers in Germany. Maybe it works at comdirect bank, but this is not a general solution. Some banks then offer it for a fairly high fee. Someone also contacted linkmarketservice, but the way it works was not answered there or remained unanswered. So most german voters havent voted.
