Perhaps you could ask Spinks that if the performance shares are issued to encourage staff to remain at EGR then why does he gift most of them to himself, especially when there is virtually no chance of him leaving.

If there is a spill is anyone able to contact the largest holders to initiate a search for suitable replacements?
