I take it that you are from Germany and have trouble voting? For me it works the following way: It tell my bank (comdirect) to do a "eine Weisung über die Lagerstelle, in diesem Fall Clearstream Banking Luxembourg" for the voting. They then forward it to their "Fachabteilung" who is taking care of it.
