Last day for trading in pre‐consolidated securities (if Company shares are notsuspended from trading at this time)

I hoping the bit in brackets mean that management are closely watching the share price action as it would be very annoying if the pre-consolidation price was not .004c. Is it still possible to have the vote but delay the timetable on when the last day of pre-consolidation happens. This imo would counter any volatility that happens. I'm hoping they are not just focused on the reduction of shares but also focused on the share price.
