I have to agree with the above comments. Would it be a different scenario if management were funding these proposals from their own pockets, rather than from SH's pockets? Me thinks the answer to that is a "no brainer". It may not be arrogance, but it sure does feel like something akin to it for these proposals to be put forward in the first place. Management no doubt banking on many SH's with nominal holdings to waive their right to vote, in the hope management are doing what they are meant to be, which is creating value for those who have helped this company stay afloat by investing their own hard earned $$'s.
