Resolution 3,6,7,8 are a bit rich. An extra 10% capacity for raising capital without telling anyone what it will specifically used for? The KPI’s for Bahay”s bonus are a joke. Up to 5% of the company can be diluted away into the hands of employees. It’s one way to fund a lifestyle I guess, just not for the existing shareholders. I currently only hold options for PWN as I sold out of shares with the CR that I didn’t like. This is further ringing alarm bells for me. Good luck to those who keep the faith, I continue to follow the journey from a distance. I wonder if the big dump of shares at the close today was in any way related to how this smells? Just my opinions, please don’t anyone take it personally, you are welcome to disagree.
