I carefully considered this, and was leaving it to the AGM to voice my opinion to him directly.

However as they potentially have the ability to elect 3 directors in total to the board, with us maintaining 4 it keeps the majority of the board together and I'm sure he'll show his worth and maybe some interest moving forward to at least showing up to board meetings!!!

1 out of 5 is disgraceful as a director. I'm hoping he's there so we can chat afterwards.

Plus he currently has 68 million reasons to keep him in play atm.
