Why are you awarding Scott $90,000 worth of bonus shares and Brad $187,000 worth of shares with a strike price 4 cents BELOW the current share price with another large allotment for both of them only 1 cent above the current price ( but 7 cents below the share price when action was taken against Priyank ).
Why the hell does Brad have a remuneration package of 750k ???
So they ousted Priyank just to let another pig have a feed at the trough?
Wasn't the whole push to get rid of Priyank based on your standpoint that he was merely a passthrough for the work Tshipi did and did little more than sign a few papers.
Whats changed since then? Why do you deserve these large salaries and bonuses? What value have you unlocked for shareholders in the last 2 years?
Shame on you guys... Lies told.
