I am looking at this in more detail... In regards to Scott Winter, he was paid 180k while acting CEO for 9 months of the year or equivalebnt to say 240k for a full year. For a company of this size that is way below the par and therefore I do not think the additional 90k is unreasonable and it will be paid in shares at closing price of the AGM.
However, I am not keen at all on the pay for the CEO and the amounts iin regards to teh incentives. As such I will be voting against it and the remuneration report in general.
