Whats changed since then? Why do you deserve these large salaries and bonuses? What value have you unlocked for shareholders in the last 2 years?
We got a 30% div.cut and subsequently a 30% drop in SP. That said, as long as the Mn price stays below $3, there is not much you can do other than making plans on paper.... for that, the board determined that Mr Rogers is entitled to an STI award for FY2023 of$375,509.53.
Would like to know how they came to that conclusion.
