    They have clearly been focussing in the merger for the last 6 months without telling us.

    As a result, no announcements to help TMT as a stand-alone entity, which would have helped us get a better deal.

    The holding pattern is killing us and the sooner 12:1 gets formally blocked, the better. Because we are wasting time and money.
