I t honk the number they would be allowed to issue if the resolution for the extra 10% is approved is something over 25 million on current shares Rookie plus around 5.5% ‘left over’ from the last placement … so something around 37 or 38 million shares not 50 million?
and at these prices the real value of any capital raise for that many shares at 20c or under doesn’t seem to me as it would support much independent activity on behalf of an independent TMT - less than $10 m?
it has asked for $400 million!
