So hi everyone ..
….. Does anyone else think the strong focus on TMT wanting votes in the upcoming AGM so as to clear the way to issue new shares in this financial year up to 25% of the current number without shareholder permission is interesting?
Especially so in the light of the impending proposed merger!!?.
Does it intend to issue new shares before the merger goes through?
And would this be allowed?
Here are some excerpts relevant to this impending motion;

Can someone please explain why they should want to increase the number of shares (at potentially very low prices) to me and any others who are a bit mystified - especially as the last quarterly results stated there were more than 13 quarters of cash on hand?

And, once again, would TMT be allowed to suddenly this year issue new shares at - say- the lowest estimate in that table of 12.3c then convert them at a value of 32.4c if the merger goes through a few weeks later?
Thanks
