    If AVL is superior - why aren't they selling up en-mass and buying TMT at rock-bottom prices?

    Right now if:

    You own 1,000,000 AVL shares right now - sell at current price - 0.022 = $22,000

    TMT is 23c.

    With $22,000 you get 95,652 shares.

    At 12:1 the number of new AVL shares = 1,147,824

    At time of takeover:

    IF AVL is:
    0.022c = $25,252
    0.025c = $28,695
    0.03c = $34,434
    etc etc
    I mean - it's free money, right? If this takeover is such a shit-hot move, and AVL cannot lose - why aren't AVL holders selling up and buying here?

    The 95,652 shares are CAST IN STONE if you buy them 1st thing in the morning.

    The only variable after that is the AVL price - and as that is such a great company, it's SP must just keep on going up as soon as little 'ol TMT gets eaten, yeah?

    So why aren't they selling AVL and then buying TMT?

    You get the gist of this - so why aren't they buying? Answers on a postcard please
