The Australian Government did a backflip though. They said that they were going full in and would endorse growers, exporting, and change the TGA rules to allow any Dr to prescribe without TGA approval. This got all the companies going. Then after the prices were high they backflipped and said, sorry, we won't make it legal and won't endorse exporting and your Dr will still need TGA approval. I wonder if the pharmaceutical companies had a hand in this or if it was a con from the beginning? It was a lousy thing to do anyway, and left all the companies with no working business model. I should have sold at $1.71, my broker even called me on that day and asked me if I wanted to sell. Maybe he knew something? Oh well ..
