It would seem there were little or no business skills amongst the board/management over the history of this listing.

I think the Mills acquisition was pure desperation - they had run out of ideas.

......and now they are like lost souls without direction and lacking the courage or risk profile management to relist.

Relistng would make them all accountable again - that is not in their DNA

Hiding is the safe option.
