Im 70 / 30 on thinking something must be in the works in the near future. Mostly due to the sheer volume of shares changing hands since September and the names that were accumulating. Now with the price being kept in this 0.9c-1c range, the powers that be clearly want the price here for a reason. If nothing fundamental was in the works why would they be playing these games? Who knows though... time will tell!
