Absolutely. We either trust managements judgement in making such decisions, or, sell and look for something else.
This is MANAGEMENT!!! Basic, typical. Triple whammy winner. Doesn't go into their bottom line as costs, remuneration, employees get an incentive IF the company succeeds, and if exercised, the company gets the cash. Like them or lump them. All's well as far as I'm concerned.
