So they are saying they want an additional $400K to appoint "an independent Chairman and at least one additional independent director", and I'm sure to also give themselves all some sort of a pay rise so they are in line with pay levels of their "peers"... Putting aside the fact that the SP is getting smashed and the lack of comms ( I personally don't care where the SP is right now as the fundamentals are only getting better, and I don't care for regular comms either as long as there is progress and you can't deny that there hasn't been great progress).... wouldn't we as shareholders want to be able to attract the best possible people out there?
