Im at the same conclusion as you and Loui. As soon as Loui started mentioning JBs previous achievements and then your mentioned low ball guidance hints that JB will be happy sitting on his hands for the next 20 years while PLL sucks the life out of SYA via NAL.
To me its not even an argument about who is better B.L or Ex-Altura. Because 1) BL is now no longer in the picture and 2) Ex-Altura is steering us.....
To me its simply, see you later current BoD, we need someone who wants SYA in downstream, in particular Carbonate. None of this Hydro/Carb assessment rubbish. Hydro flow through would be completely different to Carbo. Its not like a half build carb plant cant simply have a hydro making component on the side of it.
