I've been involved once before with a company wanting to change their Constitution, what happened was they changed it so as it gave them more power to raise without holders voting and some other sheet as well, but totally agree we need to get a copy of the old and what they want to change before the AGM so as punters fully understand what they are wanting or what it will mean going forward for all holders.
