Nothing stopping them upping director fees with the extra cash.

They have had months now to find new directors and a chairman, seeing as that hasn’t happened vote no. There is no certainty they will find directors and it could be a ruse to just pay existing directors more cash. My view is this BOD are sneaky and want to maximise their earnings. Don’t vote yes on the premise of more directors. They can find us directors and then we can vote to give them a raise at the next AGM.

Have a good think about what a non executive directors actually does. They rock up to maybe 10 meetings a year, have no obligations and no accountability, are they worth the money and the risk?
