Would you like to inform us of some of those ? you think need to be asked and do you really think the BEOT will want to know if directors are wanting a bigger slice of shareholder funds...of course not they dont give a sheet and they will give their votes to the board...why because they are in bed with our BOD's thats how they work...also most people vote well before question time so the retail vote can send some very clear messages to a BOD's in what I consider too be underperforming for the remuneration they recieve imo, as they have already recived millions of freebie shares along the way.
