At this point I feel that I will be voting Against all of what is put forward just in order to show my negative view on how the BOD's conduct has been for quite a few years and not willing to change upon when BL left - even after many of us reached out to SYA voicing our concerns re communication and other aspects.
No. 4 is the only one I am wanting to keep thinking about for a while. I do understand why the request is there for job vacancy competitiveness but then again I also feel that remuneration increases should occur based upon postive effort/results - which is sorely lacking from within our BOD.
So to me I feel that the only way the BOD is going to be made to sit up and realise the current retail shareholder dissatisfaction is via a very loud AGAINST result - and this may be our only chance for this year onwards in case retail % drops below 50% in the future.
