Vote AGAINST every item on the agenda.
Resolution 1 Renumeration Report we will give them a first strike on the Renumeration report and that will make news around the traps, we only need 25% of votes by poll to vote that down and we will.
Resolution 5 Approval of 10% Placement Facility this is a special resolution and requires 75% of votes by poll to get up. We can vote this down and it will make news around the traps.
Resolution 4 Ratification of Tranche 1 Placement Share issued under Listing Rule 7.1A this is the one we beat last time and I think it is included by error.
Resolution 3 Adoption of Employee Incentive Plan this is a no go. I'm sick of directors giving themselves shares for lousy work.
Anyway I will vote NO to all resolutions.
