    I was just looking up the BOD at GSR on Market Index to see when they are up for re-election.
    Correct me if I am wrong but it seems they should all be up for Re-Election. How come only James Crosser is listed to be re-elected?
    Am I missing something? or does Market Index have the dates wrong???
    For Example, Market index says Chris Hanson started his tenure in May 2021 and it lasts for 2 years & 6 months. Doesn't that mean his tenure finishes in November 2023? Can the BOD avoid or delay election?
