    I think this can be the rule now. If the board can't perform and do what they are supposed to do. Us shareholders will just vote NO to everything.

    I am really Peeved off. I was looking forward to see who may stand for election and now they have called the whole thing off.
    Can the BOD do this? Surely they must stand for election every so often.
